Bone Broth

Fresh Bone Broth is offered in limited edition during the cold season. Slowly simmered in small batches west of Paris and never pasteurized, this Bone Broth is rich in collagen and minerals.
Bacca Bacca’s recipe is light, free from fat, and contains no added salt or sugars. The gelled Bone Broth liquefies when heated.

Bone Broth is sold in 1-liter pouches, equivalent to four 25 cl servings or three 33 cl servings.

Twist your Bone Broth with plant, mushroom and berry decoctions

Ingredients: free-range chicken raised in France (Label Rouge), organic root vegetables, organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic black pepper, organic raw apple cider vinegar.

Nutritional values per 100 ml: Energy: 205 kJ / 87 kcal Fat: < 0.5 g of which saturated fat: 0.1 g Carbohydrates: 0.8 g of which sugars: < 0.5 g Fiber: 0.5 g Protein: 3.6 g Salt: 0.31 g Collagen: 3 g (per 33 cl serving: 9 g)

Heat the Bone Broth gently over low heat. Drink as is, or add a plant decoction (see above).

Note: the Bone Broth is fresh and unpasteurized. It keeps for up to two months in the refrigerator before opening. Once opened, consume within three days. You may freeze it at home if you wish.
